About me

In my work, it is important to me to understand children and adolescents in their individual development – with their feelings, their behaviour, and the relationships they are part of. Together, we aim to make sense of what lies behind intense emotions and challenging behaviour, and to develop new ways of dealing with them. My approach is shaped by respect, clarity, and genuine interest. I strive to create a safe space where change becomes possible – at an individual pace and with a focus on the strengths and resources that are already there.
