About me

I offer outpatient psychotherapeutic treatment for adults, couples, and families facing challenging life situations and psychological difficulties. My work is multimodal (systemic, behavioral, trauma-focused, integrative) and characterized by empathy, as well as a respectful and trusting approach. With my EMDR experience, I also support clients in processing distressing or traumatic experiences that continue to have an emotional impact, creating a safe space for healing and personal growth.
